ɬÀï·¬ at 200: Organizing ɬÀ﷬’s Bicentennial Celebrations, 2020 - 2021

By Gérald Cadet

Organizing ɬÀ﷬’s 200th birthday party began three years ago with the hiring of Dr. Gérald Cadet. Since his arrival, he has been meeting with individuals and groups – learning about ɬÀï·¬ and planning strategies for the year-long celebration.

With the public announcement of the Bicentennial Celebrations, by Principal Suzanne Fortier, Thursday September 26, the entire ɬÀï·¬ community is invited to participate in the celebrations.

Dr Cadet, a graduate in Political Science from our sister University, Université du Québec à Montréal – UQÀM – will provide us with an insider’s view of the Bicentennial and the range of activities and events associated with it.
