  continuous dialogue between the fields of law and film. For each session 
 we invite a prominent legal scholar to select\, discuss and analyze a thou
 ght-provoking film.\n\nJoin us to discuss Steven Spielberg’s modern classi
 c Catch Me If You Can (2002) with banking and payment law expert\, lecture
 r and avid moviegoer Marc Lemieux (Lemieux Law Firm & ɬ�﷬ Faculty of La
 w). Together we will shine critical light on the romantic depiction of ban
 k account fraud and law enforcement. The film’s focus on a rich victim (Pa
 n Am) obfuscates the pain and shame that criminals\, cold-hearted “custome
 r care” employees and unfit police officers inflict on real victims on a d
 aily basis all around the world.\n\nThe film is to be watched beforehand.
