 ty\, Faculty of Law are pleased to invite students from all faculties of l
 aw to a “fireside chat” with the Honourable Mahmud Jamal\, Justice of the 
 Supreme Court of Canada.\n\nAn alumnus of ɬ�﷬’s Faculty of Law\, Justic
 e Jamal will discuss his path in law\, from his legal studies to his forme
 r career as a litigator – notably in the fields of constitutional law and 
 class actions – and finally to his judicial role\, first with the Court of
  Appeal of Ontario and now with the Supreme Court of Canada. The discussio
 n will also touch on the role of legal education\, community involvement a
 nd pro bono work\, and the mission of the Canadian Bar Association.\n\nThe
  event will take place on September 22\, 2022 in the Maxwell Cohen Moot Co
 urt of the ɬ�﷬ Faculty of Law. Attendees will be able to enter from 5:1
 5PM onwards and the event will begin at 5:30PM. It will be followed by a c
 ocktail at 6:30PM in the Atrium which will be attended by representatives 
 of the Canadian Bar Association and several of its law sections. All stude
 nts who attend the event will receive a free one-year membership for the C
 anadian Bar Association.\n\nRegister early as the number of attendees is l
