Learn to identify different native pollinators an d plants. Get tips for planting a pollinator-friendly garden\, do arts\, p lay games and much more. There is something for everyone to enjoy!\n\n\n Fo r children and adults of all ages.\n The activity booklet is available in b oth French and English.\n Register now to receive your booklet on Friday Ju ne 20.\n Registration deadline: June 19.\n\n\nSign up for our newsletter!\n \n\nPollinator Week was initiated and is managed by Pollinator Partnership \, and fourteen years ago the U.S. Senate’s unanimous approval and designa tion of a week in June as “National Pollinator Week” marked a necessary st ep toward addressing the urgent issue of declining pollinator populations. \n\nPollinator Week has now grown into an international celebration\, prom oting the valuable ecosystem services provided by bees\, birds\, butterfli es\, bats\, beetles\, moths\, wasps\, and flies.\n\n\nThe Sonia Bujold Ini tiative  is an outreach initiative established in 2021 by Ms. Sonia Bujold \, a recent retiree from the ɬ﷬ Department of Biology\, to “reach out” and break the isolation that students\, individuals living alone\, and fa milies experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Initiative offers eng aging and educational activities on the fascinating world of biology throu gh a series of free online self-paced activity booklets for children and a dults.  \n\nThe ɬ﷬ Chapter of Let's Talk Science is a volunteer-based group of graduate and undergraduate students from a wide range of facultie s at ɬ﷬.
