 omics!\n	\n	Economic systems touch our lives in many ways every day and are 
 central to society at home and around the world. The Master of Science in 
 Agricultural Economics allows students to specialize\, by way of their res
 earch program\, in the areas of agribusiness\, resource economics\, develo
 pment\, finance\, marketing\, trade\, policy\, or environmental economics.
  Students will gain opportunities for internships in international organiz
 ations such as the World Bank\, International Monetary Fund (IMF)\, the Or
 ganisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)\, and more. \n
 	\n	The program provides students with a strong foundation to pursue higher 
 academic studies in the aforementioned research areas. Graduates of this p
 rogram have also found employment with environmental organizations within 
 the government (e.g.\, Environment and Climate Change Canada\, Natural Res
 ources Canada\, Dairy Farmers of Canada\, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
 )\, non-profit organizations\, and the private sector\, including the mult
 i-billion-dollar agri-food industry. \n	 \n	ɬÀï·¬\, including it
 s Macdonald Campus\, is known throughout Canada and around the world for c
 onducting pioneering and innovative research. At Macdonald\, more than one
 -quarter of our students are graduate students\, making the campus a hub f
 or discussion and debate regarding issues of the environment of natural an
 d human-influenced ecosystems\, biosciences and bioproducts for the benefi
