Steps before applying to graduate in the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences
- Contact each of your academic advisors to confirm you have completed your program requirements.
- Verify that you meet your program requirements (minimum CGPA, credits, and residency requirements, and maximum credit limit聽for S/U courses).
Your Minerva record must have final grades for all courses before your request to graduate can be reviewed. Unresolved 听辞谤 别虫补尘听谤别-谤别补诲/谤别补蝉蝉别蝉蝉尘别苍迟听谤别辩耻别蝉迟蝉 will delay your request.
Be aware of any remarks (E, A) on your unofficial transcript flagging courses excluded from credits and/or GPA (you may have taken a course that is not approved for your degree or is equivalent to/has the same course number as聽one you already completed). - Verify that all transfer and advanced standing (study away/exchange/IUT 补苍诲听pre-涩里番) credits appear on your record. Unresolved transfer credit issues will postpone your graduation.

Timeline for graduation application review
After you apply to graduate, you can 聽You'll gain access to the Graduation Approval Query in Minerva on the following dates:
- For Fall graduation:聽mid to last week of January
- For Winter graduation: mid-April
- For summer graduation: mid to last week of September
