Graduation and Convocation

Steps before applying to graduate in the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences

  1. Contact each of your academic advisors to confirm you have completed your program requirements.
  2. Verify that you meet your program requirements (minimum CGPA, credits, and residency requirements, and maximum credit limit for S/U courses).

    Your Minerva record must have final grades for all courses before your request to graduate can be reviewed. Unresolved Ìý´Ç°ù ±ð³æ²¹³¾Ìý°ù±ð-°ù±ð²¹»å/°ù±ð²¹²õ²õ±ð²õ²õ³¾±ð²Ô³ÙÌý°ù±ð±ç³Ü±ð²õ³Ù²õ will delay your request.

    Be aware of any remarks (E, A) on your unofficial transcript flagging courses excluded from credits and/or GPA (you may have taken a course that is not approved for your degree or is equivalent to/has the same course number as one you already completed).
  3. Verify that all transfer and advanced standing (study away/exchange/IUT ²¹²Ô»åÌýpre-ɬÀï·¬) credits appear on your record. Unresolved transfer credit issues will postpone your graduation.
  4. Ensure that you do not have any .

Timeline for graduation application review

After you apply to graduate, you can  You'll gain access to the Graduation Approval Query in Minerva on the following dates:

  • For Fall graduation: mid to last week of January
  • For Winter graduation: mid-April
  • For summer graduation: mid to last week of September

Once you have access, you can expect each step in the approval process to proceed according to the following timeline:
