One motivating factor i s that many relevant observable quantities in interacting agent systems ha ve mean field approximations that solve such equations\, as has been borne seen in mean field games/control theory as well as applications in statis tical physics. A well-posedness theory for these equations can thus lead t o new methods for studying such mean field models. In this talk\, we prese nt some well-posedness results for Hamilton-Jacobi equations on Wasserstei n space and explain how these results lead to qualitative and quantitative results for associated interacting agent models. This is joint work with Samuel Daudin (Universite Paris-Cite) and Joe Jackson (University of Chica go).\n DTSTART:20260205T183000Z DTEND:20260205T183000Z LOCATION:Room 1104\, Burnside Hall\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 0B9\, 805 rue Sherbrooke Ouest SUMMARY:Ben Seeger (University of North Carolina Chapel Hill) URL:/mathstat/channels/event/ben-seeger-university-nor th-carolina-chapel-hill-371103 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
