  international women’s day\, join MAPPS as they highlight the careers of w
 omen in consulting from a policy perspective.\n\nStepping away from a typi
 cal MBA profile and armed with a mastery of policy\, Joanna Klimczak (Seni
 or Consultant\, BCG)\, Kathy Liu (Senior Cybersecurity Consultant\, EY)\, 
 and Charlotte Reboul (Consultant\, KPMG)\, stepped into the world of consu
 lting\, where they are now focused on issues of management\, sustainabilit
 y\, cybersecurity\, and economics. Listen as moderator Nirushaa Senthilnat
 han (President\, MAPPS & Senior Policy Analyst\, CMHC)\, explores with the
  panelists what policy graduates have to offer the world of business\, roo
 ted in their learnings from their Master of Public Policy or Administratio
 n from the University of Oxford Blavatnik School of Government\, Columbia 
 University School of International and Public Affairs\, and ɬÀï·¬ Univers

 \nAbout the Speakers\n\nJoanna Klimczak\, BCom'14 (MPP'17\, Oxford & Rhode
 s Scholar) is a Senior Consultant at BCG on corporate strategy within many
  of Canada's largest industries. Prior to BCG\, Joanna was on professional
  retreat exploring questions at the crossroads of sustainability\, progres
 s and the complexity of the human spirit and systems. She is the Co-Founde
 r of MyVision\, an international accelerator for social entrepreneurs. She
  also worked in the private sector development in emerging markets. Joanna
  holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from ɬÀï·¬\, where she co-developed the M
 inor Concentration Programme in Social Entrepreneurship. \n\nKathy Liu\, B
 A'15 (MPA'18\, Columbia) is a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at Ernst & Y
 oung. With an atypical background for cyber and consulting\, she champions
  fellow Policy graduates and their untapped potential in these fields. As 
 a Global Shaper\, she leads their award-winning Inclusive Cyber project\, 
 empowering non-IT talent in the Future of Work. Prior to consulting\, she 
 worked in economic risk management globally. Kathy is a published author a
 nd speaker\, and has been featured on platforms convened by the World Econ
 omic Forum and Open Government Partnership. \n\nCharlotte Reboul\, BA'17\,
  MPP'20 began her career as an analyst\, in fields of public health\, envi
 ronmental policy and international development. From there\, she became in
 terested in increasing the collaboration of private\, public\, and non-pro
 fit sectors. She was a student consultant for the World Bank and was recen
 tly consulting for the Québec Minister of Finance\, assessing the role of 
 Ecofiscal policies in the post COVID-19 economic recovery context.  She is
  now a Consultant in the Economics and Strategy Practice at KPMG.\n\nNirus
 haa Senthilnathan\, BA'15\, MPP'20 is the President of MAPPS and a Senior 
 Policy Analyst at CMHC\, working at the intersection of human rights and h
 ousing policy. From 2017 to 2020\, she was a Project Coordinator in suppor
 t of human rights and advocacy campaigns worldwide\, under the Hon. Irwin 
 Cotler\, former Canadian Minister of Justice and Attorney General. In 2016
 \, Nirushaa was named a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum. She ran
  the GS Montreal Hub from 2017 to 2019\, mobilizing thirty young leaders t
 o work on impact driven community projects.\n
