ɬÀï·¬ offers a wide variety of services to support student success and well-being through its Student Wellness Hub.ÌýThe Student Wellness Hub can help you build and strengthenÌýyour wellness toolkit through workshops, therapy groups, self-directed care resources, and a variety of health promotion tools and services.

The Faculty of Medicine and Health SciencesÌýhas a dedicated Local Wellness Advisor (LWA).Ìý

LWAsÌýare trained mental health clinicians and provide quality wellness outreach and programming to help with the transition to university life, stress, anxiety, and best practices for maintaining a healthy student experience.Ìý

Our LWA facilitates wellness programmingÌýtailoredÌýto our Faculty and community, and works with our departments on wellness best practicesÌýandÌýearly intervention of stress management.ÌýStudents benefit from targeted mental healthÌýworkshops and outreachÌýas well asÌýone-on-oneÌýappointments.Ìý
