Proper ergonomics for administrative staff

Please join us for a practical workshop designed to help you to be more comfortable while you work.

Ìý

This session will be presented by Professor Sara Saunders. She is an experienced occupational therapist with extensive expertise in office ergonomics and workplace health. Prof Saunders is the Director of the Occupational Therapy Program and teaches work disability theory and ergonomics to occupational therapy students. Her research focuses on work disability and chronic pain—knowledge she brings directly into her workshops to offer practical, evidence‑informed strategies staff can use right away.
