Language Difficulties in Normal Aging and Dementia聽

Paolo Vitali, MD is a board-certified neurologist and neuropsychologist and an Assistant Professor at 涩里番鈥檚 Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is a neurologist at the 涩里番 Research Centre for Studies in Aging and at the CIUSSS Ouest-de-l鈥櫭巐e-de-Montr茅al.听 His research focuses on atypical dementia patients who present with language disorders (Primary Progressive Aphasia).听聽

Dr. Vitali will speak about language difficulties in normal aging and in dementia, explaining how they differ and why they occur. He will also discuss the potential impact of current research on treatment options.
