 ife that are triggered by aging\, including dementia.  These experiences e
 nabled him to develop the PACT (Plan-Activate-Communicate-Transition) fram
 ework\, an approach to maintaining continuity in financial affairs and per
 sonal care.  \n\nMr. Séguin will share the PACT framework\, explaining the
