MORSL Summer Friday Closures 2026

Please note that MORSL will be closed on Fridays from July 3-August 14 inclusive. We remain open on campus Monday-Thursday, from10am to 4pm, and our website has tons of resources you can access any time!

Additionally, MORSL and all Student Services units are closed on July 16 for a staff event.

IT Services will upgrade ɬ�﷬’s Data Center firewall on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

This change is not expected to impact Internet access. However, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing systems hosted in the ɬ�﷬ Data Center.

Extended downtime weekend: Banner INB, Minerva from July 11 to 12.

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that ɬ�﷬ does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 11, 6:00 PM and end on Sunday, July 12, 3:00 PM.

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat – Unable to submit prompts error message

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.

myProgress (Degree Works Advising) scheduled downtime June 13-14
