DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in creating a workplace that is welcoming an
 d inclusive of 2S/LGBTQIA+ people but not sure where to start? This intera
 ctive\, in-person workshop will allow participants to brainstorm barriers 
 faced by 2S/LGBTQIA+ employees\, then develop a “change one thing” action 
 plan to take back to their units\, teams\, departments\, or faculties.\n	\n
 	By attending this workshop\, participants will be better able to:\n\n\n	Rec
 ognize stereotypes and systemic barriers faced by 2S/LGBTQIA+ individuals 
 in the workplace\n	Create strategies that remove barriers for 2S/LGBTQIA+ e
 mployees\n	Apply concrete actions to create a workplace that is welcoming a
 nd inclusive of 2S/LGBTQIA+ people\n\n\nPrerequisites: Participants who re
 gister for this workshop are expected to have a general understanding of 2
 S/LGBTQIA+ terminology and concepts. Before attending\, registrants are st
 rongly encouraged to watch Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees\,
  a 35-minute video-based course available through ɬ�﷬’s LinkedIn Learni
