Her PhD dissertation addressed the process for developing e ffective collaborative partnerships among nurse and physician managers in a hospital setting.\n\nDuring her career in nursing over the last 15 years \, she has worked as a nurse clinician\, bedside nurse and clinical nurse specialist in maternal child health. Her areas of interests have included global health initiatives within the graduate nursing program at ɬÀï·¬ an d the Faculty of Medicine as well as a developing and implementing educati onal initiatives on interprofessional collaboration for both faculty and s tudents.\n\nShe continues to be involved in teaching at the ISoN as a facu lty lecturer. One of her projects in her current role as the ɬÀï·¬ Nursin g Collaborative Site Lead at the Jewish General Hospital has been to devel op and implement a Nursing leadership program for nurse managers within a regional health network in Montreal.
