  Helen Belvin\, Outreach and Special Events Officer\, Canada Council for t
 he Arts.\n\n路聽聽聽聽聽聽 An historical overview of the Killam Program\, statist
 ical information on past recipients\, an explanation of eligibility and ap
 plication requirements\, tips on how to improve the application/nomination
  and information on the submission process.\n\n路聽聽聽聽聽聽 A general question 
 period.\n\n路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Individuals will be available to meet with the represen
