Create and maintain a website

ɬÀï·¬ webpages are built and maintained using a content management system called the ɬÀï·¬ Web Management System (WMS). To access the WMS, you must complete the required online training.

To find out which courses you will need to take, review the table of required courses by role onÌýthe Web Services website.ÌýYou may register for these courses by submitting theÌý. Finally, requests to add or remove site contributors may be done by completing theÌý.Ìý

Build a following on social media

Many units at ɬÀï·¬ interact with their communities across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and YouTube.

Below are some resources for creating and maintaining ɬÀï·¬-affiliated social media accounts:

  1. Customized and Branded Social Media Avatar
    All ɬÀï·¬ social media accounts are required to use an official ɬÀï·¬-branded icon/avatar. Please complete theÌýÌýto request one for your department, school, or unit.Ìý
  2. ɬÀï·¬'s Social Media Guidelines
    Anyone who posts to an official ɬÀï·¬ social media account should be familiar with the university’sÌýguidelines for social media.
  3. ɬÀï·¬'s Visual Identity Guide and Visual Assets
    Your unit’s accounts should project a consistent and coherent look as described in theÌýɬÀï·¬ Visual Identity Guide, which provides download links for visual assets, including logos, as well as an overview of ɬÀ﷬’s visual system.
