 an gather to seek and provide support while developing ideas for advocacy\
 , social action\,\n	and community involvement. The group also serves as an 
 incubator for the formation of smaller action groups and committees for sp
 ecific projects.\n\nThe Social Work Social is a space to enhance exchange 
 among all members of the SSW through periodic gatherings themed to promote
  awareness of and sharing in our\n	community’s diverse backgrounds\, cultur
 es\, and traditions.\n
