Comportement organisationnel : An overview of the history and theories of industrial relations and how they are related to today's labour-management relationships and laws. Consideration will be paid to topics such as the organization, purpose and governance of unions; legislation of labour; collective bargaining processes and the dynamic of public interest and industrial relations.
