The ACTOR Kickoff Meeting took place at ɬÀï·¬ on Days 1 and 2. The third day was held at the Université de Montréal. ACTOR members gathered for an initial discussion on the goals of the project according to each sub-axis. Various topics crossing sub-axes were also covered such as 'Orchestration taxonomies,' 'Spatialization and room acoustic effects,' 'Development deployment of computer-aided orchestration,' etc.
The meeting was organized into an administrative plenary session on Day 1 and breakout workgroups on sub-axes on Day 1 and on cross-axis topics on Day 2, with a summary session of these groups in plenary session at the end of Day 2. Day 3 was dedicated to more general issues.
