The MCTRC Student Committee was established in 2024 by a group of PhD students and postdoctoral fellows from 涩里番-affiliated research institutes, united by a shared interest in translational research, science communication, and supporting the development of trainees. The committee aims to create meaningful opportunities for students and early-career researchers to explore how laboratory discoveries can lead to real-world clinical impact, while also promoting diverse career pathways in health innovation. Members of the MCTRC Student Committee contribute to various projects, including the MCTRC Translational Research Podcast series, the Translational Shadowing Workshop, and the organization of CTR Horizons.聽
