Type special characters on a French keyboard layout
- É (l'accent aigu): Press the key labelled "É" directly, located to the left of the Right Shift key.
- À (l'accent grave): Press the key labelled "À" directly, located to the left of the Enter key.
- È (l'accent grave): Press the key labelled "È" directly, located to the left of the "À" key.
- Ù (l'accent grave): Press the key labelled "Ù" directly, located to the right of the Left Shift key.
- Ç (Cedilla): Press the key labelled "Ç" directly, located to the left of the Enter key.
- Â (l'accent circonflexe): Press "^" key located to the left of "Ç", then press "A".
- Ê (l'accent circonflexe): Press "^" key located to the left of "Ç", then press "E".
- Î (l'accent circonflexe): Press "^" key located to the left of "Ç", then press "I".
