The Academic Affairs Professionals Network (AAPN) is a cohort of university-wide academic administrative professionals who assist and direct their units in adhering to regulations and best practices, and in disseminating knowledge. Once a month during the academic year, the group meets online to receive information, ask questions, and navigate pain points together. The meetings provide members a welcome and regular opportunity to benefit from shared experiences and the input of invited guest speakers from across campus who work in both administrative and academic units.

AAPN meetings are organized and led by the Director of Academic Personnel in the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice-Principal (Academic). Members are encouraged to submit topics for discussion, and questions or comments to events.oap [at] mcgill.ca (Events Provost) at any time.
