Jessica Boivin

Jessica Boivin received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from ɬÀï·¬ in 2021 and earned her Master of Science (MSc) in Epidemiology with Honours from Université Laval in 2023. Her MSc research focused on analyzing data from a randomized controlled trial investigating the effects of methylphenidate on cancer-related cognitive impairment in women with post-treatment breast cancer. Jessica is currently pursuing a PhD in Epidemiology (Pharmacoepidemiology Option), examining long-term prescribing trends of intrauterine devices (IUDs) and oral contraceptives (OCs), as well as the comparative safety of IUDs versus OCs in relation to ovarian and endometrial cancer incidence.
