Une pratique que l'Allemagne veut cesser d'ici 2017, et à laquelle une mystérieuse invention de l'Université ɬ﷬ pourrait mettre fin....Au Québec, l'Université ɬ﷬ planche aussi secrètement sur une technologie semblable.
