2026 Summer Institutes in Health Research Methodologies

Join us this summer for a dynamic series of intensive courses in health research methods, offered in collaboration with the Department of Family Medicine and supported by the Network of Canadian Oral Health Research (NCOHR) and the Réseau Québécois de recherche intersectorielle en santé buccodentaire et osseuse durable (RiSBOd). The Institutes are led by experts at the forefront of their fields. From implementation science in oral health to mixed methods and AI in research, these workshops offer a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge approaches in an interactive and applied learning environment.

Summer Institute in Artificial Intelligence in Research / July 6 and 7
Summer Institute in Implementation Science in Oral Health Research / July 8 to 10 

The courses are delivered in a hybrid format depending on the time block.Ìý

  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm EST: core theoretical sessions (in-person or online)
  • 1:00 – 4 pm EST: hands-on practicum sessions (in-person only)
