What is the Peer Advisor Program all about?

The ɬÀï·¬ Desautels Faculty of Management Peer Advisor ProgramÌýoffers a unique opportunity for BCom students to get involved in the Faculty of Management and to help fellow BCom students learn about Career Management at DesautelsÌýand the various resources we have available.

Peer Advisors:

Passionate about making a difference? Join the Peer Advisor Program to guide U0 and U1 BCom students and help them prepare for the job market!

As a Peer Advisor, you will:

  • Offer guidance and support.
  • Share experiences and provide career resources.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where students feel empowered to seek help.

Mentee:

Are you a U0 or U1 BCom student looking to navigate your student journey? Sign up for the Peer Advisor Program to receive guidance, develop skills, and prepare for the job market.

As a Mentee, you will:

  • Get personalized advice and support.
  • Have access to valuable career resources to help you thrive.
  • Be part of a supportive community!
