Yixiang Wang

Biography:
Yixiang Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry at ɬÀï·¬. He received his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from Wuhan University, China and worked as postdoctoral fellow and research associate at the University of Alberta before joining ɬÀï·¬. His research interests have consistently focused on the development of natural polymer based materials.
