Guy Drummond Memorial Fellowship
Originally endowed by the late Guy M. Drummond, killed in action in 1915, to encourage study in France.
| Eligibility | Recipients are nominated by the Department of Political Science, with preference to graduating honours students, on the basis of: academic record, likelihood of valuable future contribution to Canadian life and proficiency in French, among other things. Fellowships are tenable for study at an approved University or Institute in Paris. One year fellowships may also be offered as entrance awards to Masters or Ph.D. students in political science intending to carry out graduate work related to France, or for continuing students to support a year in France or a period of field work in France as part of the graduate program. |
