Title: An analytic approach to estimating the solutions of Bézout's polynomial identity.

Abstract: In this talk, we will revisit Etienne Bézout’s theorem in 1779 on two polynomials without common zeros. Inspired by the Corona Theorem of Carleson and using an analytic approach, we will give optimal estimates on the coefficients of the minimal solution of the Bézout identity.

This talk is based on a work in collaboration with A. Hartmann, D. Timotin and W. Ross
