Our Mission
The goals of Faculty Enrichment and Development are to promote excellence in teaching and learning, leadership and management, and research in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at 涩里番.
Virtual and In-Person Workshops
In collaboration with colleagues throughout the 涩里番 Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty Enrichment and Development designs and implements faculty-wide and departmental workshops and seminars to improve the skills of faculty members as teachers, researchers and administrators.
Leadership Development Program
The Leadership Development Program is designed for faculty members of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at 涩里番. It is geared towards those for whom leadership forms part of their current or future career trajectory.

Faculty Honour List
The goal of the Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence is to recognize outstanding contributions to education in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, in the areas of teaching, educational leadership and innovation, faculty development, and research and scholarly activity.

We鈥檙e excited to launch Introduction to Clinical Supervision, a 4-part microlearning series covering core supervision skills鈥攔oles and responsibilities, learner competencies, feedback, and assessment. Created by the Faculty Enrichment and Development (FacED) team, this accredited, self-paced series (10鈥�20 minutes per part) is free and suitable for all health professions, whether you鈥檙e new to supervision or looking for a year-end refresher.
