Virtual and In-Person Workshops

In collaboration with colleagues throughout the ɬÀï·¬ Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty Enrichment and Development designs and implements faculty-wide and departmental workshops and seminars to improve the skills of faculty members as teachers, researchers and administrators.

Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program is designed for faculty members of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at ɬÀï·¬. It is geared towards those for whom leadership forms part of their current or future career trajectory.

Faculty Honour List

The goal of the Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence is to recognize outstanding contributions to education in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, in the areas of teaching, educational leadership and innovation, faculty development, and research and scholarly activity.

We have developed a program for new teachers within their first three years of teaching in ɬÀ﷬’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Announcements

We’re excited to launch Introduction to Clinical Supervision, a 4-part microlearning series covering core supervision skills—roles and responsibilities, learner competencies, feedback, and assessment. Created by the Faculty Enrichment and Development (FacED) team, this accredited, self-paced series (10–20 minutes per part) is free and suitable for all health professions, whether you’re new to supervision or looking for a year-end refresher.
