ORE Advisors are faculty members who have no role in the UGME or PGME offices and are assigned reports outside their own Departments and Units. They serve as neutral parties to assess reports of mistreatment and coordinate appropriate inquiries and referrals for action. They do not represent either party to any disputes and aim to explore and remediate instances of mistreatment.
