Applicants from 涩里番
Postgraduate medical trainees are able to complete the following elective rotations:

At a site accredited for a given program to 涩里番 鈥� these rotations are arranged at the program level without applying through the PGME Office.

At a site to another Quebec University 鈥� these are called听Quebec Inter-University Electives听and trainees apply through the BCI website. Trainees must follow the Instruction听Guide听when submitting a BCI request via the听.

At a site in Quebec not accredited for a given program to any Quebec University OR at a site that is outside of Quebec/Canada 鈥� these electives are called Non-Accredited Electives and a non-accredited site elective request form needs to be filled out and sent to the PGME Residency Coordinators.
The听PGME Residency Coordinator听must receive the request at least 2 months before the start of the start of the elective. Please note, requests made with shorter notice will not be accepted.

Quebec Inter-University Electives

Rural Electives
The Government of Qu茅bec provides financial support for travel and lodging to Quebec residents completing a rotation or an elective in Quebec rural settings.
