We are pleased to introduce a new, streamlined way to book equipment through the Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE) Booking Platform, now available on SharePoint.
The platform allows users to view available equipment, check dates and times, and submit booking requests directly online. Currently, the following equipment is available: iDXA, Bod Pod, and Biodex.
Access is available to any user with a valid 涩里番 email address. When you are not connected to the 涩里番 network (e.g., working from home), you must use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access the platform. For information on how to set up and connect to VPN, please see .
Internal users (faculty and students of 涩里番 Faculty of Education) may reserve equipment free of charge. External users (from other 涩里番 Faculties) will be subject to a usage fee, depending on the duration of the booking and whether staff support is required. Full details will be provided after submitting a reservation request.
To make a reservation:
鈥� Click 馃憠 to access the SharePoint platform
鈥� Go to the Equipment Availability Calendar
鈥� Select the equipment you wish to reserve (iDXA, Bod Pod, or Biodex) and verify availability for your preferred date and time
鈥� If available, proceed to the Reservation Form section
鈥� Complete the form and click Submit
A confirmation email will follow your request. Bookings will then be reviewed, and additional details (including access and payment, if applicable) will be provided.
