Consultation Sessions

The Committee invites members of the ɬÀï·¬ community to share their perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and priorities that will shape the portfolio of the Vice-President (People and Culture) over the next 5–10 years, as well as the qualifications, leadership skills, experience, and attributes that the Vice-President should possess.

In addition, a virtual consultation session will be held via zoom on May 11, 2026. The consultation schedule and link to register are below.

Group A: Provost, Associate Provosts, Vice-Presidents, Associate Vice-Presidents, Deans, Associate Deans / provost, vice-provosts,
vice-recteurs(trices), vice-recteurs(-trices) associés(es), doyens(nes), doyens(nes) adjoint(e)s, etc.

  1. What are the internal and external opportunities, challenges, and opportunities that the portfolio of the Vice-President (People and Culture) will face over the next 5-10 years, which are relevant to the search process?
  1. What are the required and desirable characteristics, leadership skills, qualifications and experience of candidates for the position of Vice-President?
