Who we are
The ɬÀï·¬ Black Alumni Association (MBAA) is a constituent group of the ɬÀï·¬ Alumni Association founded in 2016 to provide a thriving network of current and future ɬÀï·¬ Black alumni for the purposes of connection, recognition and support. The MBAA is dedicated to engaging, informing and serving ɬÀï·¬ Black alumni and advancing ɬÀï·¬.
What we do
The MBAA organizes a variety of social and professional gatherings, designed to build community and increase awareness of the needs and interests of Black students as future alumni of ɬÀï·¬. Mentoring is a cornerstone of the MBAA, supported through a formal matching student-alumni program to guide and inspire our next generation of Black alumni.
The MBAA is likewise associated with the ɬÀï·¬ Alumni Africa Network, an opportunity for African alumni or alumni with ties to Africa to provide support and guidance to African students at ɬÀï·¬.
Get involved
- Consider a governance role on the Executive team and help organize events, professional development or the MBAA mentoring program.
- Participate in professional, social and service activities organized by the MBAA.
- Become a mentor or encourage a student you know to become a mentee by joining the MBAA mentor program.
