On the morning of Thursday, April 2nd, IT Services will renew the security certificate that secures authentication to 涩里番's wpa.mcgill.ca, eduroam, cusm-muhc.mcgill.ca, and wpa.bus.mcgill.ca Wi-Fi networks.
This certificate allows you to sign on to the Wi-Fi network securely.
Some Android and Windows devices, as well as all iOS/MacOS devices will display a message prompting users to accept the new certificate.

The fix for the scan-to-email issue will be applied to all affected uPrint machines this afternoon.
Each machine will be briefly unavailable for about 3 minutes while the update is installed:
During this time, the machines will not respond.

Microsoft has experienced an incident affecting Planner in Teams, currently making it unavailable for some users.
A solution is in place, but it may take up to 72 hours to fully take effect.
Workaround: If Planner is missing or cannot be added in Teams, please use the in the meantime.

Destiny One / Athena for the School of Continuing Studies (SCS) is currently unavailable affecting Non-Credit Course Offerings. Users are unable to log in at this time.

As of January 31, 2025, 涩里番 IT Services has decommissioned the 涩里番 Staff Directory. This initiative aims to streamline processes, improve security against phishing attacks, and replace outdated technology.听听
Improving accessibility, rethinking old habits, and hosting a clothing swap were among the actions taken by new and returning sustainably certified workplaces.
On August 11, 2023, UNIWeb will no longer be accessible to 涩里番 staff and students.听 Given the very low usage rate and relatively high cost of the UNIWeb license, the decision has been taken to discontinue access to this tool.听
