CM-IPV Mechanisms study, where I serve as Co-Primary Investigator alongside Dr. Dana Lassri (Hebrew University) and Dr. Iris Lavi (University of Bath). This collaboration explores the intricate relationships between childhood maltreatment, intimate partner violence, and various positive psychological mechanisms that may serve as protective factors. We are investigating how resilience factors such as self-concept clarity, self-compassion, and mentalizing abilities can potentially shield individuals who have experienced childhood maltreatment from later involvement in IPV.Ìý

The Domestic Violence Shelter Research Network (DVSR), an international collaboration involving 46 researchers from 15 countries advancing research on domestic violence shelters globally, with Dr. Johanna Hietamäki (Helsinki University Central Hospital), Dr. Linda Arnel (Örebro University), among other prominent researchers in the field.
