Month of April Closing Delayed | Month of May Fund Balances

Good Day,

Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2019 is scheduled to be closed on June 3rd. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.

Banner Users: Forms FGAJVCQ, FGAJVCD and FGAENCB Blackout Period May 7 to May 8

Fiscal Year 20 - Month End Deadlines for Submitting Financial Transactions

Today is the first day of Fiscal Year 20 (May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020). For your reference, attached are the FY20 Month End Deadlines for submitting financial transactions in Banner (including Finance Accounts Receivable and Feed File submissions).
