More than a research internship, IMPRESS creates meaningful opportunities for Indigenous students while centring community, culture, and mentorship within academia. Celebrate 50 years of the Office of First Nations and Inuit Education (OFNIE) with a special panel with their partners reflecting on its history, impact, and vision for the future. The evening will continue with networking, food, music, and dancing, bringing together community, colleagues, and friends to honour this milestone and look ahead to the years to come.

We Will Walk Together
Join the Faculty of Education for its annual Orange Shirt Day Walk, a time to remember survivors of the residential school system and reflect on our shared responsibility toward reconciliation. The event will begin with opening words, followed by a variety of activities for participants. Choose to take part in a digital 涩里番 art tour, a Critical Campus Tour, or a land-based activity, and walk together in recognition, learning, and community.听
