12:00 - 2:00 PM:ÌýÌýThe ɬÀï·¬ Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal!

5:00 - 6:30 PM:ÌýÌýJoin student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students—whether or not you follow a spiritual path.

10:00 - 10:45 AM:ÌýÌýTake a break from your routine and explore the scenic trails around campus in a supportive and relaxed environment.

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM:ÌýÌýThis is a support group for neurodivergent students and students living with chronic conditions who are seeking support to navigate alternative learning methods and develop confidence and communication skills to help navigate interpersonal relationships, including interactions with professors & teaching/academic aides.

12:00 - 1:30 PM:ÌýCome meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained in providing you with comfort and stress relief.

2:00 - 3:00 PM:ÌýÌý(Mac Campus) This in-person bi-weekly discussion series offers a safe and supportive space for women, including those from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.

4:00 - 5:00 PM:ÌýÌýWhether you're brand new to gardening or just want a nature break, this is the perfect place to dig in and connect with fellow students.

4:30 - 5:30 PM:ÌýQuaker Silent Meditation GroupÌýmeets at MORSL's meditation space at 3610 McTavish room 36-3. Quaker-style meeting is silent group contemplation intended for people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
