Associate Professor
Fernando Nu帽ez-Mietz is the co-director of CIPSS for 2025-2026 academic year. Nu帽ez-Mietz is an Associate Professor of Political Science and focuses on international law, the use of force, and the politics of human rights and norm contestation.听He is the author of听The Use of Force under International Law听(Routledge, 2019), and his work has appeared in leading journals including听International Organization听and听International Studies Quarterly.
