Remembering Howard Riggs

Howard Riggs was a dedicated, hard-working professor of math education. His work ethic was a product of his Prairie upbringing and his deep commitment to his students. He was hired by 涩里番 to teach social studies, but was pressed into service as a math educator in the Department of Elementary Education, one of the units that eventually morphed into DISE.

KPE Alumna Savannah King a Featured 涩里番24 Ambassador

Olympic medalist in swimming,聽Savannah King is a graduate of the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education who went on to work as a Project Administrator within the department before becoming Associate Coach and Social Media Coordinator for the 涩里番 Varsity Swim Team. Selected as a 涩里番24 ambassador for the University's Day of Giving, she is lending her support to 涩里番 in advocating for student-athletes during the 24-hour fundraiser.
