Talwar Research Team Partners with BRP to Combat Cyberbullying on Yellow Day

To combat cyberbullying, the Talwar Research Team is currently developing multimedia educational tools for children, teens, parents, teachers, and school boards, thanks to a partnership with BRP.

Today, on Yellow Day (Feb. 13) they're not only wearing yellow— they're striving to make this world a kinder place where youth can #RideOutIntimidation and learn empathy.

Completion of KPE's Indigenous Space: The Onkwanaktí:io Lab

The Faculty of Education's Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE) has unveiled its new Indigenous space, named the Onkwanaktí:io lab, which aims to provide a supportive environment for Indigenous students and encourage Indigenous-focused research.

The space features a mural highlighting Indigenous athletes and a hand-carved wooden table depicting traditional Indigenous sports, underscoring the connection between culture, movement, and community.
