Change is a constant that we may welcome in small ways in our day-to-day lives. It can keep us curious, engaged and energized in small doses. However, some bigger changes are unexpected or unwelcomed, leaving us wondering when change will ever end. The good news is there is much we can do to improve our relationship with change and the stress of transition. Join us to learn how you can best survive and thrive in these times of ongoing change.

Each session starts in the MORSL lounge with intros and snacks before we head outside. Feel free to come to any session you can!
