Session description:

Interested in learning how to turn failure into success?

This workshop will focus on defining failure, describing resilience, grit, and its connection to emotional well-being, and identifying practical steps to build resilience, cope with failure and create change. Failure is a common experience in graduate school but we can choose how we interpret what it means to us.
