Dr. Steven High is a professor of history at Concordia University and co-founder of the Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling. He has published extensively on oral history methodology, theory and practice. His books include Deindustrializing Montreal: Entangled Histories of Race, Residence and Class as well as Oral History at the Crossroads: Sharing Stories of Survival and Displacement.

This workshop is for 涩里番 faculty and researchers who want to know more about how to implement Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategies and practices in their research projects and grant applications. It will provide an overview of a framework for EDI in research and knowledge production and show how it can be integrated into different areas of research proposals, including research content and design, methodology, HQP training, and knowledge dissemination.
