Darmon is an internationally recognized leader in number theory, known for his groundbreaking work on elliptic curves, L鈥慺unctions, and automorphic forms, including the introduction of Stark鈥慔eegner points and real quadratic analogues of singular moduli.

Following the request for conciliation, the parties held their first conciliation meeting on March 26. Each side met separately with the conciliator to provide an update on the progress of discussions. Based on the conciliator鈥檚 recommendation, the employer will present a comprehensive response to the union鈥檚 monetary and non鈥憁onetary proposals on April 22, 2026.
The objective is to narrow the outstanding non鈥憁onetary issues and focus on the key priorities for both parties.
